RANI PARGAONKER, B.A.M.S.

Dr. Rani Pargaonker is a physician with over 30 years experience in the ancient Indian healing science of Ayurveda. Dr. Rani holds a Bachelors of Ayurvedic Medicine & Surgery (B.A.M.S.) degree as well as postgraduate degrees in Ayurvedic Pharmacy & the healing therapies of Panchakarma. In 1997 she began the Rani Holistic Health Centers in Indiana to offer a novel & holistic approach to health care.

The Ayurvedic approach to health encompasses body, mind & spirit & emphasizes prevention, preservation as well as curation. So, Dr. Rani focuses on individual approaches to health, not on one-size fits all methods of health care. Some of her recent programs have been organized for the Lake County Courts, The City of Chicago, The University of Illinois & Edgewater Health Centers in Gary, IN. She continues her commitment to education by giving lectures at universities including IUN, Purdue & The University of Illinois.
