Active participation in Yoga program will help you develop concentration, coordination, and balance while improving your physical strength, cardiovascular system and flexibility. Most importantly, Yoga will reduce the amount of stress you face in everyday life, stress which left untreated could result in depression and anxiety.
Yoga classes are designed to benefit all ages, shapes and physical abilities. Exercises are adaptable to those who may suffer from arthritis or neck problems. Special exercises are designed for those with back disorders. Whether you are fit now or not, Yoga will slowly build strength, flexibility and muscle tone.
Classes typically held on Tuesday's from 5:30 PM to 6:30 PM. This is a beginning yoga which lasts for 8 weeks. Please call for more information - 219/ 791-1223.
